How did you get into the sport?

My mum kindly encouraged me to try different hobbies and sports as a kid. I quickly discovered that I was terrible at most things apart from riding, and that I adored horses. I've never looked back

How has the Blues Performance Scheme helped you?

The Blues Performance Scheme has been incredibly helpful in my development as an athlete. The inclusive gym access allows me to fit in training wherever I can, without financial worries. The psychology, nutrition, and all-round support have also all contributed to helping me balance academics and sport without sacrificing either

What is your advice on balancing sport and academia?

I think the key is planning, and making both of them a priority. However it's also important to accept that sometimes one has to give a little, but know that it'll even out over time
